Customers are responsible for inspecting all equipment at the time of delivery whether purchased online or in-store. This applies to new, used, and trade items.
Shipping damages must be reported within three days of receipt.
New Gear For defects, consult original manufacturer's policy.
Returns are only accepted on new, unused gear in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if there is any wear, stick marks, scratches, cracks, or any other signs of use.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
Absolutely no returns on custom, one off, one-of-a-kind, blow-out or clearance items.
All used gear in store sales are final. Customers are responsible for inspection of gear before purchase. Please note that all used items will show some signs of use or age.
