Return policy

All sales and trades online or in-store are final

Customers are responsible for inspecting all equipment at the time of delivery whether purchased online or in-store. This applies to new, used, and trade items.

Shipping damages must be reported within three days of receipt.  We are absolutely not responsible for shipping damages for items you received by another carrier not directly sent by Drum Flip.  If you purchase an item and it is delivered to an address then shipped somewhere else not by Drum Flip we are not responsible for any shipping damage.

A 15% restocking/processing fee will apply to all returns and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. 

A 10% restocking/processing fee will apply to any returns or cancel requests if customer buys product "by accident" or change of mind and item has not shipped yet. No exceptions.

New Gear For defects, consult original manufacturer's policy. New gear purchased in store all sales are final. 

Online New Gear Returns are only accepted on new, unopened, unused gear in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if there is any wear, stick marks, scratches, cracks, or any other signs of use.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. 

Absolutely no returns on special orders, scratch and dent specials, custom, one off, one-of-a-kind, blow-out or clearance items.

 

 Used Gear

All used gear in store sales are final.  Customers are responsible for inspection of gear before purchase.  Please ask any questions and feel to demo gear before purchase.  Please note that all used items will show some signs of use or age. Electronic items will be tested before the sale by the customer.  We are not responsible for the items once they leave the store.   

Online Purchases: Used gear may be returned within 3 days of receiving item. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. 

A maximum of two returns per year is allowed.

 

 

Local Pick Up Policy

Please only select local pick up if you can pick up within 2 days.  Sold items take up valuable floor space.  If item is not picked up within 2 weeks we will charge a $10 per week storage fee Beginning after 14 days.
